I’ve helped hundreds (if not, thousands) of people all over Essex achieve their health and fitness goals, whether that’s weight loss, conditioning, strength training or just with advice on what type of training will work best for them.
A common misconception around personal training is that we just shout and tell you what to do, this couldn’t be further from the truth when it comes to me. Sure, I’ll tell you what to do, but I back that up with why I’m telling you to do it. I have over ten years experience behind me, and I’ve seen a lot of success.
Conveniently located in the heart of Essex, I hold sessions in Chadwell St Mary, Stanford-le-Hope, Corringham, Grays and Chafford Hundred (near Lakeside). Sessions range from one to one personal training, small groups (4 – 6 people) or large group (8 – 12) circuit training sessions.
