When it comes to health, wellbeing, fitness and nutrition there is lots of information available to us which can often lead us to become confused as to what to follow. We love it when our clients come to us with questions and want to know more about why we do what we do with them.
This might be questions we asked on Facebook or something we have seen on a social media platform, or may be someone who has asked us a question in the gym – or even out shopping or in the street!
But we do much more than this. We provide all of our clients with step by step plans, additional homework and extra tasks to do outside of our sessions so that we can help them build successful habits which ultimately improve their health and help them to their goals.
We also provide our clients with some fantastic resource guides such as recipes, snack guides and training tips and tools to ensure they are successful working with us!
But it isn’t just our clients who we help, we aim is to provide any individual with safe, correct, effective and evidence based knowledge so that they are able to understand certain things we do, whether that might be in the realm of training, whether it is nutrition based or whether it is something psychologically that we can help with.
We understand just how frustrating it can be when you read one thing from somewhere, only to be told something completely different from someone else! This is why we aim to provide our educational services based upon both lots of scientific research which has been tried and tested many times, as well as tailoring that advice to you and your situation.
