When it comes to nutrition, this is an area surrounded by much confusion – largely due to the mainstream media and often outlandish claims by clever marketing. So when our clients come to us, during our consultation we take them through a full nutrition evaluation. Our key aim is to find out what their eating practices were like before seeing us, what they are like currently and what we can do to help improve their practices so that they can look and feel great whilst working towards their own goals.
All of our trainers are well versed in the areas of nutrition, and are able to help out on a whole range of topics to help you. What we love the most is when you ask us questions regarding nutrition – this enables us to give you the evidence based approaches and tools that can help clear up much of the confusion.
Many of our clients often find that by understanding the process and having the right tools to hand provided by us makes changing their nutrition practices much easier and can help massively boost their results – which is what we love to see!
We also provide regular nutrition check-ins with our clients so that we can find exactly what works and also what we might need to change. The ongoing support with our clients also provides them with an additional chance to tell us about the wins they have had across the week, as well as being able to ask us any questions about what is ahead and how this helps by working towards their goals.
