The idea of that there is ‘one single trick to build your abs in 10 days’ or to ‘Lose belly fat’ isn’t possible – building some muscle happens over time and there is no way to reduce fat from just one area, it has to come from all over the body.
However – the best exercise for YOU to lose weight is something you can perform over a long period which you can enjoy and feel the amazing health benefits from. Exercise doesn’t always mean you have to go to the gym – it could mean going swimming, or simply taking a walk in the park for an hour.
It could also be a variety of different activities, for example going to the gym a few times a week to train with weights and on different days cycling or walking to and from work.
