We all know that water is vital for human life, health, hydration and its such an abundant liquid on earth, but what you don’t know is that water has many powerful secrets that can help you thrive with health and also aid weight loss.

Here are fell benefits of water and how it can help us all lose some weight and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
BENEFIT 1

Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids.
Your body is composed of about 60% water.

The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.

Water Helps Energize Muscles. Cells that don’t maintain their balance of fluids and electrolytes shrivel, which can result in muscle fatigue.

Hence when you drink anywhere from 2.5-4L of water per day, over 2-3 weeks you notice more energy flowing through your body, weight loss, increase in concentration. All because you are drinking more water.

MALES should be drinking around 3-4L of water depending on exercise and lifestyle variables, so if you are active i would recommend 4-5L if you are a male at 70KG+

FEMALES should be drinking anywhere from 2.5-3.5L of water, again this all depends on activity level and how much exercise that you do on day to day basis.
