Feel great and lose weight with WATER!

We all know that water is vital for human life, health, hydration and its such an abundant liquid on earth, but what you don’t know is that water has many powerful secrets that can help you thrive with health and also aid weight loss.

Here are fell benefits of water and how it can help us all lose some weight and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids.
Your body is composed of about 60% water.

The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.

Water Helps Energize Muscles. Cells that don’t maintain their balance of fluids and electrolytes shrivel, which can result in muscle fatigue.
“When muscle cells don’t have adequate fluids, they don’t work as well and performance can suffer”

Water aids in weight loss. Water does not have magical powers but what you gain by drinking more water is better cell transportation, your body secret heavy toxins out of your body and keeps your body at a balanced level.

Hence when you drink anywhere from 2.5-4L of water per day, over 2-3 weeks you notice more energy flowing through your body, weight loss, increase in concentration. All because you are drinking more water.

Water also helps us maintain a balance body temperature, so whenever you drink a cold water in the morning you are cooling down your body inner temperate, so basically your body needs to balance your inner temperature by increase cell production and heat, by doing this your body uses up more energy, hence the wight loss mechanism behind water.

MALES should be drinking around 3-4L of water depending on exercise and lifestyle variables, so if you are active i would recommend 4-5L if you are a male at 70KG+

FEMALES should be drinking anywhere from 2.5-3.5L of water, again this all depends on activity level and how much exercise that you do on day to day basis.

Lastly if you struggle to drink water i will be posting soon some ideas that you can implement to your day to day basis and how you can drink more water to provide your body with the essential tools for a healthy lifestyle.

Take care Folks and hope you enjoy the read.

Personal training isn't about shouting at someone to make them exercise. For me it's about the ten years experience and knowledge I have behind me, which allows me to educate clients on how to quickly get where they want to be.
