We cover how to avoid injuries when training, as one of the biggest risks to people’s health when undertaking any kind of physical exercise is not understanding the basics and doing themselves harm.
The best analogy I can think of is building a house, if you don’t base it on solid ground, the walls can crack or the house could subside. The same can be applied to personal training; without a solid understanding of the fundamentals, people run the risk of injury or poor results.
We’ll also run a postural analysis, which will help me understand which kinds of exercise will benefit you the most – as well as highlight any problems we might find in the way you hold yourself throughout the day. Finding postural problems early could be the difference between spinal issues later in life.
The foundation training course is perfect for people who have a gym membership and aren’t interested in ongoing personal training. They can take what they’ve learned in the two sessions with them for the rest of their lives and after the teo sessions, I’m happy to provide support via email.
