Group or semi private training sessions have their advantages, but they can’t match the level of support and attention that one to one personal training sessions can.
This is my platinum service, and as such, you get everything I have to offer for one great price; tailored exercise plans, analysis and reviews, customised dietary information as well as a full on session for one hour.
Usually I charge my time out at £35 per hour, but I’ve created some special discount packages for people ready to make a real commitment to their health and fitness.
