Foundations to Lifelong Skills
The Toning & Shaping package will be educational, motivating and inspirational, but most of all, it will be uniquely tailored to your particular ability with exercises that will suit your body type. This will allow us to work together to gain the best results possible for YOU.
You will be shown exercises that you can do by yourself that are especially beneficial to you, but most of all, you’ll learn lifelong motivating techniques to allow you to continue your journey on the best path.
It is important that we build on your foundations first before moving on to any group situation. Everyone has their own areas of weakness, but some are more obvious than others. We must understand how your body responds to your lifestyle and teach you how to get the best out of it, ensuring that you don’t run before you can walk.
We understand that people are busy and we’d all like to go from A to C without doing B, but it is important to do it right and follow the correct process, otherwise you can do more harm than good.
We recommend that when you have finished this package, we move you on to more specific toning packages to target the areas you feel are important to you. We can also offer you semi-private sessions. You’ll enjoy these as you will get to exercise with others in a small group so there is the social aspect, and it will be cheaper for you than the 1 to 1 sessions.
