Ryan Worthington | Professional Personal Trainer
Everyone thinks boot camps are the way forward… they are only good if your’e fit enough and strong enough and you have the right balance and core muscles, it is vitally important to go through stepping stones to get to that point in your fitness. I have personally observed people who like to take short cuts and rush things, but wen you do this you never achieve your goals you set as in like dieting people want a quick fix!..which is just not possible on any realistic level.
I run professional boot camps and if I observe people struggling I will pull them to the side and explain or demonstrate what needs to be done or to go back a stage to help your progression and like I said before I advise everybody to take small stepping stones to get to that point, see it like a challenge or target. Most important of all is to be patient and the results will come, rush things and you will never achieve your desired goals.
always be sure to use and take the advice from a professional personal trainer, I have been doing this for nearly ten years now and experience is where it counts !

I love being challenged in different areas of my industry not just your regular people, I like having to think outside the box and put pressure on myself to deliver.
