We support you all the way
Your weight loss journey will start with two 1-hour sessions per week, alongside some prescribed exercise plans bespoke to your requirements. With our guided management support system, you will feel supported all the way. With the exercise prescription that we provide for you to follow in the gym or at home, you will maximise results in a safe and effective manner, tailored around your own lifestyle.
This weight loss package uses high intensity fat-blitzing boxing sessions (H.I.I.T), complementing an “introduction to weightlifting” regime that will be specifically designed for you. The benefits of boxing sessions are improved posture and flexibility while burning fat at the same time. But that’s not all – you’ll find it fun and de-stressing – it gives you a chance to vent all your locked-in tension and frustrations!
Educating you to be self-sufficient
This package is also the start of learning to be self-sufficient; we teach you how to exercise correctly, reducing the risk of injury and improving the chance of sustainable results! At the same time, we teach you valuable nutritional support and advice. Together, this will give you the building blocks for a healthier and improved wellbeing, and set you on a path of improved confidence and self-esteem.
Every 4 weeks, we will review your progress with a 1-to-1 meeting and look at any nutritional requirements or necessary changes to your plan. At this time, depending on your progress, we may start to introduce you to our toning and shaping techniques.
