The Lifestyle Fitness Package includes up to three sessions per work (but we’re flexible, should you want / require more).

Become Self Sufficient
You’ll learn everything required that will allow you to ditch the services of a personal trainer for good.
You’ll receive a free consultation (informal chat), to discuss and determine what your goals are, and we’ll explain how we think we can get you there.
You’ll enjoy a postural assessment which will allow us to correct any underlying issues that could be having a detrimental effect on your health, or preventing you from reaching your goals.
We’ll assess injuries, and we’ll teach you how to perform excercise movements correctly and efficiently in an effort to avoid sustaining injuries while training – something so important, but we often see left out by other trainers.
You’ll be taught extensively how to use both free weights and gym machinery effectly and safely – so you no longer have to walk into a gym and have that overwhelming feeling rush over you.
Quick & Easy Support
We pride ourselves on the 24 / 7 support made available to our clients. Using a special smart phone app you can instantly and easily connect with our instructors if you’re ever in need of advice or assistance.
You’ll also be granted access to our exclusive Facebook and WhatsApp groups so that you can bounce ideas and questions off of likeminded people on the same health and fitness journey you’re on.

I've Been There
During my 40 years, I've been healthy, unhealthy, overweight, underweight and suffered illness. It's through these life experiences that I'm able to draw the motivation and knowledge to best help every client I work with. I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 40 years, and I'm still learning new things every day.

I am not a salesman. Unlike many Personal Trainers in Essex, I care deeply about my clients progress and want to help get results quickly.
Personal training isn't about shouting at someone to make them exercise. For me it's about the ten years experience and knowledge I have behind me, which allows me to educate clients on how to quickly get where they want to be.
