Here is Danielle she got these dramatic results by starting off doing the educational package then she moved onto regular 121 sessions for 2 months seeing myself 2 per week.

She then decided to lower her monthly spend by joining the small group sessions so basically getting the same service but for less cost.


After gaining weight over a two year period I decided enough is enough! I decided I wanted to learn how to exercise properly! I contacted Ryan who become my personal trainer. I trained twice a week with him and twice by myself doing numerous fun activities to help along me weight loss journey.


I booked my wedding, found my dress and then decided weight loss was what I wanted! I started my journey, once I noticed a difference I had a dress fitting, I then knew what further goals I wanted achieve. I trained twice a week and also attended classes.


After seeing photos of myself holding my newborn I wanted to shed the pounds the correct way in a safe and effective manner as I wanted this to be a lifestyle change and a new me educating myself along the way so I could become self sufficient.


This is Dawn one of my most determined clients I’ve ever had, she come wanting to loose weight and improve her health and after the weight loss she decided toning and fitness classes were best for her. although her journey took her 9 months it was a valuable experience, she kept a journal and learnt how to train and eat properly using her MyFitnessPal app to track her food, now she enjoys the odd cheat day !


Michelle took just 8 weeks to tone and shape she had no gym experience at all she did two weekly sessions of an all over body programme.


I trained myself under Ryan’s guidance for 3 months then I did a 12 week, 3 x week training package with Ryan and he sure did fine tune my knowledge and education. His nutrition protocols can suit anyone as I never just ate rabbit food and the results were fantastic.

After being heavy all my life I finally shed the weight that’s been hanging around me for years.

Hi my name is Robert I started training at the age of 52 so it’s never too late. I was a lorry driver at Tesco’s and due to being on the road all the time my diet was not the best and exercise was non existent!!!

Then I started personal training and my hunger grew, after just 11 months I was competing in triathlons and I also competed in the round the world yacht race, so go try it you never know until you try!

Many Personal Training courses, classes or sessions I see in the modern world are taking on clients, not evaluating their current fitness level and training them alongside people in different leagues. This is detrimental to the health and fitness of everyone involved - not on my watch.

I've Been There

During my 40 years, I've been healthy, unhealthy, overweight, underweight and suffered illness. It's through these life experiences that I'm able to draw the motivation and knowledge to best help every client I work with. I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 40 years, and I'm still learning new things every day.
